River Towers is a nice 55+ community located at the southern tip of SE 20th Pl and includes a beautiful pool with a Tiki hut, shuffleboard courts, a fishing pier and a car wash area. There is also a large lawn area with a horseshoe court. Each unit has 1 assigned space and there is ample guest parking. You can walk or bike to Jaycee Park for relaxation or to one of the many events held during the year or enjoy a picnic at a tale overlooking the Caloosahatchee River. Unit 503 features a spacious kitchen with granite counters, all appliances and a breakfast bar. The master bedroom has views of the wide canal below, watch for dolphins playing and feeding! There are custom mirrors on the closets and a bath with a combo tub and shower. The guest bedroom features a murphy style bed and a desk with cabinets and shelves. There is a small laundry room with some shelves for storage and a larger storage area on the first floor that comes with the unit. The community rooms and library are not open at this time due to Covid. River Towers is a non smoking community and pets are not allowed.
