Lovers Key Beach Club and Resort is a very beautiful property that can be used as a rental or use only for yourself. It is located on the north tip of Black Island across the bridge from Fort Myers Beach. Just a lovely location where you can sun on the bayside pool deck, swim in the resort style heated pool, lounge in the hot tub, go fishing or kayaking. Lovers Key is just across the street named one of the top 10 beaches. The view from Unit 405 is of Estero Bay, boats going by & Dolphins playing. Unit 405 is a spacious 1 bedroom with floor to ceiling impact windows and sliding glass doors, new flooring and fully furnished including a pull-out couch in the living room. The bath is large with a jetted tub and full-size shower, private toilet and 2 sinks. You will be able to enjoy the sunsets from your patio or any room in the condo. Owners can have 1 pet of 25lbs. The friendly front desk can rent your unit for you when you aren't using it or you are able to rent it through an off-site company. Rentals are not mandatory.
